Amman: 2,257 complaints and observations were sent during last May to the administrative services directorates in the municipality's areas, report issued by Public Service Department in Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) showed. In a statement Thursday, Executive Director of GAM Administrative Services, Abdul Hamid Afishat, said the public's feedback and grievances were sent to the municipality's website, smart apps, and the unified call center (102 or 117180). According to Director of Public Service Department, Sulaiman Bustami, 94% of the complaints and observations were resolved, which primarily focused on waste accumulation, as well as environmental, health, and buildings issues.
