Baghdad, The Ministry of Interior announced the liberation of a girl from chains and domestic violence in Anbar Governorate. The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement: "The Community Police in the Ministry responded to an appeal regarding a girl who is subjected to physical and psychological violence by her brothers who abuse her and chain her." It added: "A working team was immediately formed from the Anbar Division under the direction of Brigadier General Ali Ajami Rasool, Director of the Iraqi Community Police, and the necessary approvals were obtained and the location of the girl who was found chained by her family was reached, where legal measures were taken against her brothers and she was placed in the aftercare record to follow up on her condition and her health and social status."
