The General Authority for Zakat branch in al-Saddah district of Ibb province on Monday launched the distribution of free household gas cylinders today to 944 of the poorest families. During the launch, al-Saddah Local Secretary Abdulsalam al-Aghbari emphasized the project's significance in meeting the household gas needs of poor families. He commended the Zakat Authority's role in supporting the poor and needy, especially given the country's exceptional circumstances due to aggression and siege. Al-Aghbari praised this humanitarian gesture, which reflects the dedication of the Leader of the Revolution and the President of the Supreme Political Council to caring for the poor. He noted that this initiative will have a positive impact on the lives of these deserving families, providing them with much-needed assistance and support. Mukhtar Abdulmughni, Director of the General Authority of Zakat Branch in As-Saddah District, explained that 944 household gas cylinders would be distributed to poor and destitute families who had not previously benefited from the Authority's projects. He highlighted that the distribution aligns with the directives of the Leader of the Revolution and the President of the Supreme Political Council and is part of the General Authority of Zakat's efforts to alleviate the suffering and meet the needs of the poorest families.
