TULKARM: Four Palestinain civilians were injured by live ammunition and shrapnel this evening during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the town of Zeita, located north of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources. Israeli forces had earlier stormed the town, deploying foot patrols in its neighborhoods and streets. They stopped passing vehicles, conducted searches, and subjected the occupants to questioning. During the raid, confrontations erupted between local youth and Israeli occupation soldiers, who fired live ammunition at the former, injuring four of them. Medical sources reported that two individuals with shrapnel injuries to the face and leg were transported to nearby Attil Governmental Hospital, while two others with injuries from live ammunition to the leg were transferred to Thabit Thabit Governmental Hospital in Tulkarm for medical treatment.
