Four defendants arrested on charges of terrorism and drug trafficking in three governorates

The General Directorate of Intelligence and Security in the Ministry of Defense arrested 4 defendants on charges of terrorism and drug trafficking in three governorates. The Ministry stated in a statement: 'Through accurate intelligence information, one of those wanted by the judiciary on terrorism charges was arrested in Baghdad according to a terrorism warrant issued against him, and he was handed over to the competent investigation authorities.' It added: 'The detachments of the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security in the governorates of Diwaniyah and Muthanna arrested three narcotic drug dealers and promoters red-handed, and seized in their possession narcotic substances and drug paraphernalia.
