Amman: The Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said on Sunday that it is following up on the death of six Jordanian citizens who were performing Hajj today after suffering from heat stroke. Head of Directorate, Sufyan Al-Qudah, said that the Ministry, through the Directorate and the Kingdom's Consulate General in Jeddah, is following up with the competent Saudi authorities on the procedures for burying the pilgrims and transferring the bodies of those whose relatives wish to transfer them to the Kingdom as soon as possible. Al-Qudah also expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the six pilgrims.
