Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fuad Hussein, received today, Sunday, in Baghdad, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Amdi Fazl Al-Bari, and the Ambassador of the Republic of India to Iraq, Prashant Bisai, each separately on the occasion of the end of their duties. During the meeting, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Minister expressed his thanks to the two Ambassadors for their efforts in supporting and strengthening bilateral relations, wishing them success and good luck in their upcoming new tasks. For their part, the two Ambassadors expressed their thanks and appreciation to the government and people of Iraq for the cooperation and support they received during their tenure in Iraq, and stressed their keenness to complete the process of strengthening relations and expanding areas of cooperation to serve the common interests between Iraq and their two countries.
