Safadi said all options to stop the aggression on Gaza are "under consideration." The FM added that the Israeli occupation has become challenging even for its supporters, calling for imposing sanctions on the Israeli occupation entity. Safadi stressed that all efforts that serve realization of peace and establishment of the Palestinian state will be sought. Condemning the attack that took place in Lebanon on Tuesday, he pointed out that Jordan is communicating with the international community without engaging in direct talks with Hamas or the occupation entity. The FM stressed that the peace agreement between Jordan and the Israeli occupation has become a document, which "suffers from the lack of effectiveness under the current circumstances." Safadi said the region is experiencing its worst stages in light of the loss of hope for achieving peace, stressing that the Palestinian cause will remain Jordan's first issue. Additionally, he noted: "We are always sounding the alarm about current developments in the West Bank," stressing that "Jordan's security, sovereignty, stability and borders are red lines that the Kingdom will do whatever it takes to protect."
