To affirm that the commission by Israel, the occupying power, of the crime of displacing the Palestinian people from their land is a grave violation of international humanitarian law, a declaration of war and an aggression against Arab national security, leading to the collapse of peace prospects and exacerbating the conflict in the region. 7. Rejecting and condemning the aggressive policies and measures taken by the Israeli occupation government against the embodiment of the independence of the State of Palestine, persisting with plans to annex the occupied West Bank territories, settlement colonial expansion, confiscation of thousands of dunums of Palestinian lands and declaring them as lands belonging to the occupation state, and condemning the persistence of Israel, the occupying power, in its annexation and settlement policies in the occupied Syrian Golan. 8- Reaffirming full solidarity with the Lebanese Republic and the Syrian Arab Republic, strongly condemning the ongoing brutal Israeli aggression against them, including targeting hundreds of civilians, destroying civilian buildings and infrastructure, and violating the sovereignty of the two countries, which constitute grave crimes and violations of international law, and holding Israel responsible for the slide of the situation in the region into a comprehensive regional war, which threatens the security and stability of the entire region. 9- Mandating the Arab Group in New York to initiate steps to freeze Israel's participation in the UN General Assembly, due to its non-compliance with the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, its threat to international peace and security, and its failure to fulfil its obligations that were a condition for its admission to membership in the UN, based on the advisory opinion issued by the International Court of Justice on 19/7/2024, by submitting a request in this regard to the President of the General Assembly and through him to the Credentials Committee that is formed at the beginning of the UN General Assem bly session, and mobilising the necessary international support for this.
