The Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Hisham Sharaf Abdullah, sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Dr.Morissanda Kouyaté.

In the cables Sharaf expressed his congrats to Kouyaté on his country's National Day.
