Meftah received a briefing from Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development Mohammed al-Madani who outlined the room's role in coordinating between official and societal efforts to address flood damage. Al-Madani detailed measures such as preemptively emptying dams in flood-prone areas and monitoring weather conditions to issue warnings and awareness messages to the public. The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of community mobilization and coordination with relevant authorities to implement emergency interventions.
