Baghdad, Federal Police forces killed a terrorist and arrested two others in a qualitative operation in Samarra. The Ministry of the Interior stated in a statement: 'In continuation of pre-emptive operations to dry up the sources of terrorism, and according to accurate intelligence information and a distinguished field effort, a force from the Federal Police, supported by intelligence effort detachments and drones, was able to besiege a terrorist group consisting of 3 members in (Al-Sa'youya) area in Samarra with a qualitative security operation. It added: 'The operation resulted in the killing of one of the members of this group and the arrest of two other members. Four explosive belts were also seized and three tunnels belonging to terrorist gangs were found.' Source: National Iraqi News Agency
