Baghdad, The Federal Police arrested 7 defendants in various legal cases in Baghdad and Wasit. The Federal Police Command stated in a statement: 'The forces of the First Division, with the support of the intelligence effort, arrested 7 defendants accused of legal offenses that varied between (murder, drugs, human trafficking, a forged instrument, and trespassing on public property), in the areas of (Al-Zafaraniyah, Al-Nahrawan, Al-Mada'in, Al-Bataween, Al-Karada) in Baghdad, and Al-Aziziyah district in Wasit Governorate. It added: 'The accused were referred to the competent authorities, to complete the necessary legal and investigative procedures against them.' Source: National Iraqi News Agency
