The Federal Command said in a statement: 'A Federal Police force arrested a fugitive accused of the murder of his brother, earlier.' It explained: 'The arrest process took place after investigation, information gathering, and careful monitoring of the accused, whose whereabouts were monitored in Al-Shaab area, Al-Basateen neighborhood, in Baghdad, where he was arrested and referred to the competent authorities.
