The Federal Police forces arrested 6 suspects and seized unlicensed weapons in Baghdad and Babylon. The command stated in a statement: "The security effort of the Federal Police's mechanized division, with the support of the intelligence effort and the attached units, resulted in the arrest of (6) suspects on (quarrel, theft, threat, execution) charges in (Al-Dura) area in Baghdad and (Iskandariyah) area in Babylon Governorate. The statement added: "The division's units carried out a search campaign for unlicensed weapons in (Fifth Police, Al-Falahat) areas, which resulted in the seizure of (a pistol, magazines, and bullets), and the accused were referred with the seized weapons to the competent authorities.
