Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said: "We must strengthen our military capabilities in order to deter Israel from its practices against the Palestinian people." Erdogan added during his participation in a meeting of the Justice and Development Party branch in the northeastern province of Rize: "Just as we entered Karabakh and Libya, we can do the same with them. There is nothing preventing that, we just have to be strong to take these steps." Erdogan stressed that the Turkish parliament "is open to anyone who is on the right path."
