Erdogan's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan Saturday said Ankara plans to end Operation Claw-Lock in northern Iraq. According to Anadolu Agency, the cross border operation that started in 2019 was aimed at keeping the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK's) fighters in northern Iraq. President Erdogan said at the National Defence University in Istanbul, 'We will close the lock very soon in the Claw Operation Zone in northern Iraq.' Source: Jordan News Agency
