Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin relations between the two countries and regional and international issues. The Turkish Presidency's Communications Department stated in a statement on Monday evening that Erdogan expressed his pleasure during the phone call with the development and consolidation of Turkish-Russian relations. The Communications Department quoted Erdogan in its statement as confirming that the high-level political dialogue will continue, and regional and international issues will continue to be discussed in detail during the coming period.
