A statement by the Energy Police Directorate stated: 'Detachments of the Second Brigade arrested a person accused of smuggling in Salah al-Din Governorate, and seized a tanker vehicle loaded with an unknown quantity and quality of petroleum product, due to the presence of a modification in the tanker's hull.'
