A passenger plane belonging to the Indian company "Vistara" made an emergency landing at Erzurum Airport in eastern Turkey after a bomb warning. The Turkish TRT channel reported at dawn today that the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority / AFAD / teams and ambulances and fire engines rushed to the airport immediately after the authorities received the report. It indicated that the plane was evacuated of passengers and specialized teams began examining the cabin and cargo section. In turn, the Governor of Erzurum / Mustafa Ciftci / said that the plane, which was carrying 247 passengers and heading from India to Germany, landed and its passengers were evacuated safely and security measures were taken inside and around the plane.
