Electricity Regulatory Council discusses aspects related to ensuring continuity of power to consumers

A meeting chaired by the Minister of Electricity and Energy in the caretaker government - Chairman of the Electricity Activities Regulatory Council, Dr. Mohamed Al-Bukhaiti, discussed on Monday aspects related to securing and continuing electricity service to consumers. The meeting denounced the inflammatory calls on some social media attributed to entities not recognized by the ministry, which include slanders and fallacies against the leadership and employees of the ministry and incite the owners of private generators to cut off the power to consumers. The meeting stressed that these inflammatory statements come in conjunction with military and economic aggression, soft war, and spy cells of Zionist, American, and British enemies to destabilize the state of stability and social peace in the free zones.
