Nabil Moharam and projects manager, Fuad al-Maqtari, on level of performance, challenges facing the implementation of plans in rural areas and ways to cope with them. The minister asked for an inclusive matrix of difficulties along with solutions needed to tackle them, in order to discuss them with relevant agencies and, thus, complete the implementation of stumbled projects.
