The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, received in his office today the joint delegation of Al-Azm and Siyada (Sovereignty) Alliances, headed by Muthanna Al-Samarrai, head of Al-Azm Alliance, and Salem Al-Issawi, head of the parliamentary Siyada Bloc, in the presence of a number of MPs of the two alliances. Al-Hakim renewed the call to hold a session to elect a new speaker of the House of Representatives, and stressed the need for the Sunni component to agree on choosing a candidate for the position as much as possible, and the importance of him being characterized by good behavior, professionalism, ability to manage, and belief in the new political system. He held everyone responsible for maintaining the current stability witnessed by the country and transforming it into permanent stability, explaining: 'The achievements would not have been achieved without the sacrifices of Iraqis from all components.
