During his reception of the Syndicate of Journalists… The Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities affirms his full support for the journalistic family

The Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities, Benkin Rikani, affirmed his full support for the journalistic family and providing all possible facilities to complete the residential complex for journalists in Baghdad. A statement by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate stated that "the Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities, Benkin Rikani, received, today, Monday, the Head of the Syndicate of Iraqi Journalists, Moayad Al-Lami." The statement added that "during the meeting, the executive steps were discussed and the initial mechanisms and plans were set to begin building the residential complex for journalists in Baghdad Governorate, which Prime Minister Eng. Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani had previously ordered to allocate." It was also emphasized during the meeting that "this complex should be at a level that befits journalists and their sacrifices in terms of urban and creative aspects and be a distinguished civilized facade that reflects the government's interest in journalists and their fa milies in providing them with suitable housing." The Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities affirmed "his full support for the journalistic family and providing all possible facilities to complete this humanitarian project." For his part, the Head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Moayad Al-Lami, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities for this support and cooperation provided by the Ministry. He also expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, who ordered the allocation of a residential complex for journalists in Baghdad Governorate, believing in the professional and national role of journalists.
