Baghdad, The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, participated today, Tuesday, in an iftar banquet with fighters of the Eighth Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces, in the presence of the head of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Faleh Al-Fayyad, the Chief of Staff, Abdel Aziz Al-Muhammadawi, and a number of leaders of the Popular Mobilization Forces. Al-Sudani congratulated the attendees for the fast of the holy month, praying to the Almighty God to perpetuate the blessing of security and stability on Iraq and the Iraqis, stressing the importance of constant readiness to confront any security challenges and terrorist risks that attempt to disturb security, especially in the liberated areas. For his part, the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority appreciated the Prime Minister's visit and his continued support for the Authority in enhancing the capabilities of the Mobilization Forces and taking care of the fighters, reiterating the commitment to implemen ting all orders of the Commander-in-Chief, and the high readiness to respond to any directives that contribute to enhancing security, and supporting the government in the process of construction and reconstruction and providing Services for citizens.
