A meeting in Sana'a Province on Sunday headed by the Secretary-General of the Local Council, Abdul Qader Al-Jilani, discussed reports from a number of executive service offices regarding the service provision level to citizens, according to their specializations and tasks. The meeting, which included the Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee of the Local Council, Ali Al-Suhaili, the Deputy Governor, Fares Al-Kahali, the Governor's Advisor, Abdullah Al-Marouni, and the directors of the relevant executive offices, reviewed the efforts made to improve the services provided to citizens. The attendees discussed the difficulties faced in the workflow in a number of executive offices and general departments in the province's office, stressing the importance of addressing and resolving all difficulties as soon as possible. They also discussed mechanisms for providing school books to school students throughout the province, and approved assigning the Undersecretary of the Services Sector and the Province Advisor to coordinate with the relevant offices to conduct field visits to the New Sana'a Directorate to evaluate the services provided to citizens. In the meeting, the Secretary-General stressed the keenness to continue efforts and activate work plans for each office, determine weekly tasks , implement them, and submit a report on successes and failures in work.
