A meeting in Al-Bayda province on Monday, chaired by Governor Abdullah Idris and in the presence of the Director of the Social Fund for Development Branch in Dhamar and Al-Bayda, Dr. Muhammad Al-Dailami, discussed the plan for the Fund's development and service projects in the governorate for the year 2024 AD. The meeting reviewed a report on the service and development activities and projects implemented by the Social Fund in Al-Bayda during the past year 2023 AD. The Fund's branch director indicated that the implemented projects included the water, sanitation, education, roads and health sectors in the areas most in need. He pointed out that the project plan for the year 2024 targets the most important needs of development and service projects in coordination with the local authority in the governorate. The Governor of Al-Bayda praised the development and service role played by the Social Fund for Development through the implementation of priority projects that meet the needs of citizens. He pointed out that the development process requires concerted official and societal efforts to overcome the challenges imposed by the aggression and siege and work to provide services and enhance development and service performance. He pointed out that the Fund's plan for the year 2024 focused on service projects in the fields of agriculture, irrigation, water and institutional construction according to studies prepared by relevant authorities.
