A meeting was held in Hajjah to discuss the progress of 'Yemen is Able' project's activities in building the capabilities of civil society organizations and youth in the province. The meeting reviewed what was implemented in the project implemented by the Istijabah Relief and Development Foundation with support from the European Union in partnership with the ZOA Organization in coordination with the branch of the Supreme Council for the Administration and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. The meeting, in the presence of the Deputy Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Office, Abdul Rahman Al-Mukhtar, the directors of the relevant departments in the Council branch, the Planning and Labor Offices, and representatives of the Istijabah Foundation, touched on the civil society organizations component, evaluating project proposals in this aspect, and selecting the grant winners. He reviewed the objectives of the grant program, the evaluation, selection and post-selection stages, training on grant manageme nt, post-evaluation of the impact of capacity building, and future activities of the civil society organizations component. The meeting also reviewed the youth component and the goal of the youth grants program, those targeted for in-kind grants, and those participating in additional training on small grants management.
