A delegation of Nablus residents visited the Jordanian Field Hospital (Nablus/3) on Monday, where they were welcomed by the hospital's force commander and its director. The delegation, in the presence of the governor and the directors of hospitals and security officers in Nablus, was briefed by the force commander on the medical, therapeutic and humanitarian services provided by the hospital, lauding the cooperation of all government and private institutions in Nablus with the field hospital. Nablus Governor Ghassan Daghlas conveyed the greetings of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to all workers at the Jordanian Field Hospital (Nablus/3), and expressed appreciation for Jordan's great efforts, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, in supporting the Palestinian cause and harnessing all capabilities and means to strengthen the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and alleviate their suffering in all difficult circumstances they face. The field hospital in Nablus has performed about 1230 minor and major surgeries and received about 35,600 patients since it started operations. Source:Jordan News Agency
