The Head of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar Al-Hakim, mourned today, Monday, the representative of the Religious Authority, Ali Al-Sistani, in London, Fadhel Al-Milani. Al-Hakim said in the obituary statement, "With great sorrow and pain, we received the news of the departure of a scholar of the blessed religious seminary and a prominent academic from the university professors, the divine scholar, Ayatollah Sayyid Fadhel Al-Hussaini Al-Milani (may God sanctify his secret)." He added that "the deceased is a scholar, investigator and researcher who specialized in seminary and academic investigation and teaching.
