Sana'a (Saba) - The Deaf and Mute Care and Rehabilitation Association celebrated the International Day of Sign Languages, which falls on September 23, coinciding with the International Week of the Deaf 2 3-30 September of each year, under the slogan "Together to Promote Sign Language and the Linguistic Identity of the Deaf".
