Zarqa: His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II met with a group of young people in Zarqa Governorate on Thursday and discussed a number of local issues related to education, training, and development. During the meeting, held at the King Abdullah II Cultural Centre in Zarqa, His Royal Highness stressed the importance of expanding vocational education and technical training, which contribute to creating non-traditional job opportunities for young people. The Crown Prince expressed pride in the nation's youth, noting the importance of their role in leading Jordan's future. His Royal Highness called on young Jordanians to benefit from public and private institutions that support youth. Turning to the threat of drugs, the Crown Prince stressed the need for concerted efforts to combat this scourge and raise awareness of its dangers and effects on the social fabric.
