A training course on preparing executive plans, completion reports, evaluation and follow-up for the executive offices concerned with preparing the provinces’ plan for the year 1445-1446 AH was concluded today,Thursday, in Dhamar, organized by the Planning and Development Office with the support of the local authority.
Over the course of five days, 40 trainees from the directors of planning departments in the executive offices and branches of the planning office in the province’s directorates received information and knowledge about the basics of planning concepts, its levels and types, the wise plan, the Islamic vision for building the state , the stages of its implementation, the general framework of plans , the approved planning methodology, its types, the plan , the steps for its preparation, its elements, the criteria for preparing the sub-goal, the foundations and levels of the goals.
Director of the Planning and Development Office in the province, Engineer Samir Al-Madhaji, explained that the course
contributed to strengthening institutional work and building the capabilities of administrative cadres in translation of national vision goals for building the modern Yemeni state.
He stressed the importance of the course in raising the capabilities of local authority cadres working in the field of preparing plans, introducing them to the skills of using planning tools, preparing executive , operational plans, activating and strengthening the coordination , integration relationship between executive agencies at the local level.
