Comoros President Azali Assoumani was slightly injured Friday after being attacked with a knife. A statement from the presidency said that "President Azali Assoumani was slightly injured with a knife during a funeral ceremony," noting that his injuries were not serious and that he had returned home and that the attacker was in the hands of the security services.
