Commander of the Northern and Eastern Tigris Operations visits Kirkuk Governorate building

Kirkuk Governor Rakan Saeed Al-Jubouri, Chairman of the Supreme Security Committee, received the Commander of the Northern and Eastern Tigris Operations, Hamid Ibrahim Al-Sahlani, and his deputy Yilmaz Shahbaz Abbas, and a number of leaders of the Popular Mobilization Forces. During the meeting, they discussed joint cooperation and the importance of maintaining the security and stability of Kirkuk and joint cooperation with all security formations. Al-Jubouri praised the sacrifices and positions of the security forces in all their types and formations, appreciating the role and courage provided by the heroes of the Popular Mobilization Forces in achieving victory, making sacrifices and fighting terrorism. He said: "It is our duty and an honor for us to support the security forces and assist them in carrying out their national duties," congratulating the formation of the Northern and Eastern Tigris Operations Command. The meeting was attended by Kirkuk Provincial Council member Raad Saleh, the Administrati ve Assistant and Advisor to the Governor for Administrative and Security Affairs and the Director of General Planning.
