NABLUS: Israeli colonists today stormed the water well area in the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus. The mayor of Sebastia, Mohammad Azim, said that several colonists attacked the water well that supplies water to villages northwest of Nablus and parts of the city. Colonists have recently intensified their attacks against the water well area to take control of the well. An estimated 300 thousand Palestinian citizens will be affected if colonists take control of the well; which is one of the largest wells that supply the city of Nablus, its camps and several other villages with water. Colonists' violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023. The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned. Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against t he Palestinian people in the West Bank.
