JERICHO: Israeli colonists raided the Bedouin community of Arab Lamlehat, located northwest of Jericho, in the early hours of this morning, stealing dozens of sheep, according to local sources. Hassan Mlehat, ta local activist defending the rights of Bedouins, told WAFA that a group of colonists stormed various areas of the community simultaneously, making off with 25 sheep belonging to citizen Abdel Latif Atallah Suleiman. This brazen act of theft is yet another instance of the ongoing harassment and aggression faced by Palestinian Bedouin communities in the occupied West Bank. The Bedouin people in the region, who rely on their livestock for sustenance and livelihood, are frequently targeted by Israeli colonists seeking to seize their land and resources.
