Today, armed Israeli colonists launched an attack on olive pickers in various areas of the village of al-Mughayer, located northeast of Ramallah. Mohamed Rafiq Abu Alia, a local activist, told WAFA that colonists targeted olive harvesters in several locations of the village. The colonists attempted to prevent the residents from harvesting their olives, but the local community managed to force the attackers to flee. As the olive harvest season begins, incidents of violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian farmers have intensified, with reports of assaults, theft of olive crops, and the destruction of trees. These actions are part of a broader pattern of aggression against Palestinian agricultural communities amid ongoing tensions in the West Bank. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
