BOGOTA: Colombian President, Gustavo Petro, said humanity must never forget the children impacted by the Israeli occupation's genocide in the Gaza Strip. "The children of the genocide in Gaza that humanity must not forget," he said on his X account. He also published a photo that depicted children killed in Gaza. He stressed that if this crime against humanity goes unnoticed, future generations would also suffer the same fate. "If we let this crime against humanity go unnoticed, then it will be our children who are going to be bombed too.' To be noted, the Colombian president has described Israel's actions in Gaza as "genocide" and announced that his government would end diplomatic relations with Israel over its military aggression against Gaza.
