Gaza: Several Palestinians were martyred and wounded in the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression against the Gaza Strip which its 248th day today. Medical sources said that a number of citizens were martyred, and others were left with various injuries, as a result of the Israeli artillery shelling on the areas of Oraiba, Khirbet Al-Adas, and Al-Hashash, north of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. The Oreiba area, north of the city of Rafah, also saw violent artillery shelling. Meanwhile, two Palestinians were martyred and were injured after the occupation warplanes bombed a house in Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City. The occupation warplanes also launched air strikes on the city of Deir al-Balah in the middle of the Gaza Strip, and Abu al-Ajen area, coinciding with artillery shelling east of the city. The Israeli navy fired dozens of shells towards the shore of Gaza City, while the occupation artillery opened fire towards citizens' homes in Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city , and Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of the city. The Israeli occupation forces continue their brutal air, land and sea aggression on the Gaza Strip, claiming the lives of at least 37,084 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children, and injuring nearly 84,494 others.
