According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian stated that China is deeply concerned about the current situation and opposes the ongoing Israeli military operations in Gaza. The statement underscores China’s call for restraint and a peaceful resolution to the conflict, emphasizing the need for dialogue and negotiation to address the underlying issues.
