HAJJAH - SABA: Abs District in Hajjah province on Thursday hosted two significant evening events today in honor of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday. In Bani Arjan village, governor Hilal al-Sufi urged residents of Abs and Tihama to participate in the central celebration on the 12th of Rabi` al-Awwal. He praised the community's enthusiasm and their role in national defense and martyrdom. The event, attended by notable figures including Abdullah al-Nuaimi from the Ansarullah Political Bureau, governor's deputies, and security officials, featured discussions on the significance of the occasion and the community's historical dedication to commemorating the Prophet. In another evening for central district residents and Tihama square dwellers, Maj. Gen. Aqil al-Shami and Editor-in-Chief Nasr al-Din Amer highlighted the importance of the celebrations. Amer emphasized the role of these events in expressing loyalty and support for the Prophet Muhammad and reinforcing Yemeni steadfastness amid ongoing challenges. He stressed that the celebrations would showcase the region's commitment to justice and faith. Both evenings included cultural performances, poems, and speeches, reflecting the deep reverence and dedication of the local communities to the Prophet's teachings and legacy.
