In Capital Secretariat's meeting , headed by the Secretary of the Capital, Dr. Hammoud Abbad, the Budget Plan Committee of the Municipality of the Capital discussed today,Sunday, the plan for service and development projects for the year 1446 AH. The meeting, which included the heads of the local council's social affairs committees, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb, planning and financial development, Sharaf Al-Hadi, and services, Adel Al-Aqari, and the undersecretaries of the financial sector and resource development, Mazen Noman, and projects, engineer Abdul Karim Al-Houthi, reviewed the projects proposed within the plan and distributed them among the various specified areas in accordance with the general directives. The meeting approved the proposed draft plan and referred it to the relevant authorities to complete the lifting procedures, in addition to raising the percentage of amounts allocated to emergency projects. The Capital's Mayor stressed the importance of focusing on the priorities and necessary needs and exp loiting all available capabilities and resources to implement service and development projects, in a way that contributes to the continued provision of services to citizens and alleviating their suffering.
