The tournament features eight teams divided into two groups, playing in a round-robin format, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals. Group one consists of the Gaza, Abu Ubaida, Khan Yunis, and al-Quds Brigades teams. Group two includes the Palestine, Hamas, al-Qassam, and al-Quds Brigades teams. The championship began with a match between the Abu Ubaida team and al-Saraya al-Quds team from group one, ending with a 5-3 victory for Abu Ubaida. Adnan Al-Sharif scored four goals and Mohammed al-Khawlani added one for Abu Ubaida, while Saeed Al-Mansoub scored a hat-trick for Saraya Al-Quds.
