Chinese authorities announced on Tuesday that 11 people were killed and 13 others injured after a bus crashed into a crowd of students and adults at the gate of a middle school in Dongping County, East China's Shandong Province. According to Xinhua, police said the accident occurred when a bus hired to transport students lost control and crashed into pedestrians on the side of the road.
