WASHINGTON: US President Joe Biden congratulated President-elect Donald Trump on his victory in the presidential election for the next term, the Washington Times reported. According to Jordan News Agency, Biden invited President-elect Trump to visit the White House, the US presidency announced on Wednesday. The White House said in a statement that Biden, the 81-year-old Democrat who dropped out of the race in favor of his deputy Kamala Harris, will address the nation on Thursday to talk about the results of Tuesday's elections and the transition of power.
