Jerusalem - Ma'an - The occupation authorities carried out an arrest campaign in the town of Issawiya in Jerusalem at dawn on Sunday. The occupation forces, accompanied by the intelligence, stormed the town of Issawiya, after a large gathering at its entrances and positioning themselves on it. Then, they carried out raids on a number of homes and deployed at the doors of buildings and in the town's main side streets. The occupation forces arrested more than 7 young men, some of whom were transferred to interrogation cells. The residents explained that the occupation forces carried out a search and vandalism operation in the homes during the raid, and deliberately provoked the residents with obscene language and pushing the children, and they also confiscated phones and clothes from the homes. For two weeks now, the occupation authorities have been carrying out a campaign of attacks on Issawiya, with daily raids and the use of bombs, explosive bullets and rubber bullets. Injuries from bullets have been rec orded, in addition to setting up checkpoints at the entrances and inside the town, issuing random tickets and revoking vehicle licenses, as well as various municipal crews storming shops and homes, during which goods are confiscated, demolition orders are posted and summonses are issued to the municipality.
