Basra Council Chairman discusses with Kuwaiti Consul allowing sports fans to enter Kuwait

The Chairman of Basra Provincial Council "Khalaf Al-Badran" discussed with the Consul General of the State of Kuwait in the province, Mohsen Al-Ajmi, joint cooperation regarding allowing sports fans to enter Kuwait. Al-Badran stressed during the meeting the depth of relations between the two brotherly countries and the necessity of raising the level of joint cooperation, especially regarding allowing sports fans to enter Kuwait to attend sporting events, similar to Iraq's welcome of Gulf sports fans. In turn, the Kuwaiti Consul said: "The Iraqi and Kuwaiti peoples have a strong and eternal relationship," expressing his hope to continue these visits that aim to develop relations and bring viewpoints closer.
