As it constitutes a pillar for the establishment of the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, he pointed out the ongoing occupation violations against the governorate and its institutions, especially in the targeted areas, which affect students and educational staff. He praised the efforts made by the Ministry to maintain the progress of the educational process, conveying the greetings of President Mahmoud Abbas to the audience. The Minister inspected the practical exam within the tour in which he participated, Undersecretary of the Ministry Dr. Nafie Assaf, Head of the National Center for Measurement, Evaluation and Examinations, Director General of Vocational Education Eng. Jihad Dridi, and Director General of Buildings Eng. Wissam Nakhla, and Director General of Tubas Education, Dr. Azmi Balawneh, in the presence of representatives from the Fatah movement region, institutions, and official, civil, and community events, met with a number of cadres from the Directorate of Education, school principals, and teachers, and discussed with them issues of concern to education. Barham also participated in the first educational forum, 'Educational Loss: Challenges and Solutions,' stressing the importance of continuing the educational process in light of the current challenges, pointing to the fierce attack on the national curricula and the attempts to seize awareness and undermine the foundations of the collective national identity.
