The Baghdad Operations Command announced the arrest of three accused of shooting at a company headquarters in Karrada, in central Baghdad. A statement by the leadership stated: Some social media sites circulated a video stating, 'Gunmen opened fire on one of the contracting companies within the Karrada area in Baghdad,' noting that after information was received that there was a quarrel within the Karrada-Al-Arsat area, a joint work team was formed and went to the scene of the incident and reviewed the surveillance cameras and watched unidentified people opened fire on a contracting company, causing damage to the facade of the company only, and they fled to an unknown destination. It explained that after gathering information and initial scrutiny, a distinguished intelligence effort followed. Their whereabouts were revealed and they were raided on one of the farms within Al-Zaafaraniyah (Saeeda) area. The perpetrators, who were 'three defendants,' were arrested and the weapons in their possession and their vehicle, whose numbers were misleading, were seized to fool our security forces into identifying them and handing them over to the police station.
